HexisMD is a healthcare platform that (1) connects users to affiliate telehealth Board Certified Physicians licensed in their state for examination and determination of medical necessity for the requested healthcare treatment; and (2) connects users to affiliate USA-based Pharmacies for purposes of dispensing the medications.

Select a product, create an account and complete a medical questionnaire. Next, one of the Board Certified Physicians will review your questionnaire.  You will receive communication via our HexisMD Patient Portal, your email and /or text message. The Physician may call you to discuss your questionnaire through audio or video consultation. Once medication is approved, the USA-based pharmacy will fill and send the order to you directly. 

HexisMD is a digital health platform that will connect the user to a third-party independent health care practice that has practitioners licensed in the user’s state.

No, we do not accept  insurance to get your medications. All medication is self pay.

Yes, once you create an account and have filled out the medical questionnaire and had your visit with one of the Board Certified Physicians, based on medical necessity,  your prescription will be filled by a USA-based pharmacy and sent out to you directly.

Once your order is approved and the pharmacy fills it you will receive the order within 24 to 48 hours. 

All medications are made right here in the USA and are final sale because our products and medications, once packaged for you cannot be used for another patient. In accordance with State and Federal regulations dispensed medications are not allowed to be returned and no refunds for the medications will be issued (subject to replacement meds for damaged or defective medications). However, we want you to receive high-quality products that are ready to use. Therefore, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please call or email us, and a customer care representative will assist you with that process.
